Carol Christie, MS, CRNA, is the Director of Quality and ERAS at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. She has over 30 years of clinical anesthesia experience in multiple settings from large academic to sole provider office based and has practiced in multiple states in the Midwest. The last seven years, she has practiced clinically with NorthStar Anesthesia at Franciscan Health in the South Chicago and Northwest Indiana region. Ms. Christie spear-headed the implementation of ERAS at a mid-sized community hospital in 2019, where she now leads as the Director of the program. She has served on several NorthStar Anesthesia and Franciscan Health committees with the goal of implementing and strengthening ERAS programs.
