Follow the journey of one determined CRNA and small group of SRNAs to discover how to build a successful ERAS program. During this session you will learn the essential elements of ERAS, implementation strategies, as well as metrics to show the positive change in patient outcomes. We will highlight how the collaboration between the anesthesia group and academic partner can synergistically improve an ERAS program. As a take away, you will be given actionable tools and real world data you can take back to your facility to improve patient care and show the value of a CRNA-led ERAS program.
