Lori is the Chief CRNA for Capital Health System in New Jersey. She recieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and her Masters of Science in Nursing at University of Pennsylvania in 2006. With a pediatric background, Lori began her career as a CRNA at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia specializing in pediatric cardiothoracic anesthesia. She transitioned to Capital Health Medical Center in 2013, where she has been the Chief CRNA for 7 years. During this time, she has developed and worked to implement a number of Wellness programs for Envision, including the integration of the Well Being Index online self assessment tool for clincians, and she co-authored a white paper entitled "A Systematic Approach to Combating Clinician Burnout with Professional Well-Being". She has also provided webinars discussing burnout and the importance of professional and personal wellness. Additionally, Lori sits on the Board of Directors for the Envision Charitable Fund.
