As the IRS requires all officers of S-Corporations to have reasonable compensation, this presentation will address what reasonable compensation is, what payroll taxes are, and how CRNAs get paid by a company.

Other items that will be addressed in the program include:
• Retirement vehicles
• Profit sharing
• Other business expenses/CME
• Business use of home/self-rent
• What is an auto expense and related travel

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what reasonable compensation is for S-Corporations.
  • For an anesthesia practice, identify knowledge and actionable information to make better informed decisions regarding tax planning and strategies.
